I) Online Admission & Registration to F.Y.B.A/B.Com/B.Sc.I.T./B.B.I./B.A.F.:-
As per the Circular of
University of Mumbai Vide Enrol/1812/2013 dated
April 18, 2013, it is mandatory for every student seeking admission to First
Year of B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc.I.T. / B.Com. with Banking & Insurance / B.Com.
(Accounting & Finance) to fill up an enrollment from online indicating his preferred
colleges. The student has to bring a printout of this on-line filled up enrollment
format at the time of admission. He/She has to submit the same along with the
admission form of the college and document necessary for admission. On the
successful completion of this process along with payment of fees the admission
of the student gets confirmed.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS and INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE REGISTRATION
1. Keep your Email id ready, as this Email ID will be used for all academic year. (03-04
years).
2. Create your ABC ID number before the registration process as it is compulsory for submission of registration form.

3. SCANNED PHOTO COPY OF 10TH MARKSHEET.
4. SCANNED PHOTO COPY OF 12TH MARKSHEET.
5. SCANNED PHOTO COPY OF DOMICILE CERTIFICATE (IF THE STUDENT IS FROM
MAHARASHTRA)
6. SCANNED PHOTO COPY OF Income Certificate (If the student belongs to
category).

II) Condition of Admission:
i) An admission given to the student in this college to any class shall
be only for the particular term.
ii) A student admitted to one class shall not get automatic admission
to the higher class in the subsequent year. It shall be at the
discretion of the Principal.
iii) Every student is expected to take fresh admission every year /
term and there would be nothing like claim or reservation of seat
for the College Students to any class.
iv) Students should be punctual and regular in attendance and should
observe the discipline in the College premises. Students who are
found irregular in attendance and / or have bad performance at the
College / University Examination will not be admitted to the
second term / subsequent year as the case may be. Cases of such
students shall be decided by the Principal.
v) Admission of Students to any class in this College is subject to
the Rules and Regulations of this College, contained in this
Prospectus and that of the University of Mumbai framed from
time to time. The Rules and Regulations of the University of
Mumbai will supersede the rules, conditions and regulations of the
College, wherever dispute arises.
vi) The Admission of Students failing to pay their Second Term Fees
within the prescribed time will be automatically cancelled and
their names will be struck off the roll. He/She will however have
to pay all the fees for the second term.
vii) As per the rules of the affiliation, 50% seats have been reserved
for the Students of the Backward Classes, However, if the
sufficient number of Backward Class Students is not available the
remaining seats will be filled up by admitting the students from
the Non-Backward Class.
viii) When a student cancels his / her admission, the fees shall be
refunded according to the rules prescribed by the University of
Mumbai from time to time. A specimen of such rules is given
below separately.
III) Documents Required at the time of admission:
At the time of admission, students seeking admission to
F.Y.B.A/B.Com/B.Sc.I.T./B.B.I./B.A.F. Class shall have to submit the following :
a) Original copy of School / College Leaving Certificate in support of the date of birth and two copies thereof.
b) Original H.S.C. Examination Mark-Sheet and three copies thereof.
c) Caste Certificate.
d) Income Certificate of Parents for the previous year.
e) Domicile Certificate.
IV) Students should note the following University Rules :
0.114-A:
1) Application for enrolment received by the University after the last date
fixed for the purpose is over i.e. Between the prescribed period from 1st August
to 30th September every year a late fees of Rs. 150/- per application shall be
charged.
Application for enrolment will not ordinarily by accepted after 30th
September every year except with the special permission of Vice-Chancellor.
Application for enrolment received during the period from 1st October to 31st
December of every year will be accepted with the special permission of the
Vice Chancellor on payment of late fees of Rs. 200/- per application.
No application for enrolment will be accepted if received by the university
after 31st December every year and admission of such candidate as have not
submitted their enrolment form to the University through their colleges on or
before 31st December every year shall be cancelled.
2) Students passing examination equivalent to Higher Secondary School
Certificate (Std. XII) Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board
of Secondary and higher Secondary Education and intermediate Arts / Commerce
of University of Mumbai Universities / Boards and seeking admission to the
F.Y.B.A., F.Y.B.Com., Class will be admitted only on production of provisional
Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Mumbai. They should submit
the migration Certificate, statement of Marks and passing certificate in original
alongwith a copy within two months from the date of admission failing which
their admission is liable for cancellation.
3) Students coming from other constituent / affiliated college of the
University of Mumbai will be admitted provisionally on production of the No
Objection Certificate from the college last attended. Their admission will be
confirmed only on receipt of the Transference Certificate from their previous
college. For this purpose, they should submit the Transference Certificate
application form and T. C. Fees to the previous college.
V) RULES OF REFUND OF FEES :
Rules of refund of fees are as per University Circular No. UG/114 of
2008, dated 27/03/2008.
